Just a quick shout out to one of the old school homies here at BPRLive.
As of this writing, the main page of the MSNBC website features an article entitled Hope or hype: Harlem prepares for Decision ’08, which was penned by Vidya Rao, who used to make her home here in Boston and was down with the Boston Progress and BPRLive crews years ago.
You can even see one of her earlier journalistic exploits on behalf of BPRLive right here, interviewing a controversial rapper.
So congrats Vidya! Your work deserves a wider audience, and if the suits over at MSNBC know anything, they’ll keep featuring your work on their main page.
