All Around the World
We here at Boston Progress Radio have been up and running since March, and in less than five months time, we’ve managed to pull in visitors from all over the world. Seriously, folks from every region of the world - except Antarctica - have checked us out.
Over here on our home turf, hundreds of people have been tuning in, with the most coming from Massachusetts, and California not far behind. Rounding out the top ten are New York, Illinois, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Washington, and DC. No real surprises there I guess. (And for you sticklers who say DC isn’t a state, I could tell you that Minnesota ranks 11th, but I could also tell you that DC has a larger population than Wyoming and its residents pay the same taxes the rest of us do. The biggest obstacle to statehood is that Wyoming is 5 percent people of color, while the District is 69 percent. It doesn’t take a genius for this one.)
But something that is surprising is that almost every state in the country has checked us out at some point. There are only 9 states that have yet to see one of their residents surf on over. So if you know anybody in North Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, Nebraska, Iowa, Indiana, West Virginia, Delaware, or South Carolina, send them a link! Tell them to listen to the streaming radio station!
Help us spread the word: Boston Progress Radio is for the kids!
