Native Guns at Tufts University

Native Guns is back in the Boston area. They are playing at Dewick Macphie Hall at Tufts University. Papersky is opening for them. The event is free and open to people with a college id. If you aren’t a college student, e-mail tufts.fusion@gmail.com to get on the guest list. This event is part of Tufts University’s FUSION event.
Update: Tufts has added Giles Li to their line-up. Y’all know Giles Li.

Jin “The Emcee” Au-Yeung and Jay Legaspi will be playing at Grains of Rice 2007 at Walker Memorial at MIT in Cambridge, MA. There will also be other performances. Last year, Ken Oak and Phil Good rocked at MIT… we’ll see what happens this year. This event is sponsored by the MIT Asian American Association. For more information, you can check out the Facebook Event posting. Advance tickets are $12. $15 for tickets at the door.

I love the Internet. While browsing for potential music to play on BPR, I came across ImaginAsian Radio. According to the their website,
ImaginAsian Radio, the sound of Asian America, is a pan-Asian radio presence featuring Asian American music, entertainment news, live performances, talk and interviews. It provides a compelling online music experience with a 24/7 Internet radio stream giving Asian and Asian American music artists access to a global audience.
